Enigma Concepts Inc. announced their new patent pending ‘Continuous Airflow Oil Cooling System’ or C.A.O.C.S. This new oil cooling system is designed from ground up to do something very unique, it is created to cool your air-cooled motorcycle’s engine and engine oil just as well sitting still as it does in motion. The CAOCS is a system. It also incorporates an upper cooling unit to remove the stagnated heat from between the cylinder heads. The set-up is the most effective combination available for the V-twins and other air-cooled motorcycle engines. The C.A.O.C.S. was Created to BEAT v-twin HEAT!
Cooling the engine oil is critical and creating a system that continues to cool even when stationary is VERY beneficial. The CAOCS II utilizes the technology as the CAOCS I and is arguably the most aesthetically pleasing unit on the market because it is virtually INVISIBLE. It was created with the custom builder in mind who cannot use other coolers as they interfere with their bikes original design concept and can be installed on any bike that can utilize an Open Belt Drive. The CAOCS II lower cooling system is incorporated into a premium primary belt drive system. This system does something else unique to the CAOCS. In both cases of the CAOCS I and CAOCS II, the lower oil cooler heating and cooling elements are completely enclosed. It actually helps to heat the engine oil to operating temperature just prior to cooling therefore, eliminating the necessity for a divergence valve which, in-turn, eliminates possible failure of such valve. For this same reason, the system is enclosed to protect it from thrown road debris.
